At BARABAS, we stand by our premium craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all BARABAS tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
